• It's built mostly with common Lego parts which are easy to find
• It's built using SNOT (Studs Not On Top) technique that gives the unique texture that it has
• It was physically built by me to make sure the design fits the reality
• The bottom floor has 2 entrances, one for the ice cream store and one for the building residents, there is also a back porch for the customers of the store
• In the second floor there is a kitchen, dining table and a sunny balcony
• The third floor is the bedroom, there are few technique surprises in that floor
